Terms of Service

By creating an account or using 11PRO at 11pro.io, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

11PRO provides AI voice, image and music generation via a web dashboard and API. Features and limits depend on your plan.

2. Accounts

• Sign-in is via Google only. You are responsible for activity under your account and API keys.
• One free trial per person (5,000 characters). Creating multiple accounts to claim repeated trials is prohibited.
• Keep API keys secret. Do not embed them in public websites or mobile apps — call 11PRO from your own backend.

3. Credits & payments

• Generations consume character credits from your balance. If your balance is insufficient, generation is refused.
• Credit packages are prepaid and non-refundable except where required by law. Credits do not expire while your account is active.
• We may adjust package prices for new purchases; existing balances are unaffected.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use 11PRO to generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, or that impersonates real private individuals without consent; to spam; or to resell API access in a way that violates your plan. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or attempt to circumvent limits.

5. Content rights

You own the audio, images and music you generate with paid credits and may use them commercially. You are responsible for ensuring your input text does not infringe third-party rights.

6. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be announced when possible.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 11PRO is provided "as is" without warranties, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months before a claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
